We have 3 buildings Alia Square, Alia Suites and Alia beachfront suites and spa. They are all located 250 meters form each other.

Regardless where you stay when you book direct you can use the facilities of every place free of charge.

30% you pay at the time of the booking which is non refundable and the rest before arrival.

Standard Price includes only complimentary buffet breakfast served at Alia suites. Rest is extra charge.

1. Why are you cheaper direct?

The reason we are cheaper direct is because we don't have to pay the huge commisions to the platforms or middlemen. That profit we return it to you

3. I booked a room but i want to change?

Changes are only possible depending availability and paying the extra cost. No free upgrades are possible.

5. I didnt like my stay i want compensation.

No compensations are not possible regardless the reason. We have a clean and clear website epxlaining everything so our beloved guests can take an informative decision.

7. Do care about the reviews?

We do not care about reviews, what we care is to offer the services we promise and have our guests satisfied.

2. Where is my room located?

Read the description of your room before you finalize your booking. We have 3 buildings, Alia Suites 268 meters from Alia beachfront suites and Spa and Alia Square 138 meters from Alia Suites.

4.I want to cancel for free, can i?

Free cancellations are not allowed. 30% is non refundable.

6.I am over demanding and fuss about everything can i come?

NO. If you are overfussed about everything, and you see a problem in everything, if you have a stresfull job and during your holiday you look someone to get your stress out then we are not the right place to come to. We offer Rooms, food and drinks by the beach that is our job.

8. I want to upgrade to different meal plan is it possible?

yes upgrading to different meal plan is possible, just send us an email. You have one starter, one salad over two, one main dish and a desert.

9.Can i Organize and event?

Yes organizing an event in our premises is possible e.g wedding. Family reunion, bachelor party and so on always with respect to the rest of the guests.
